Purchasing becomes difficult when product information, supplier responses and delivery expectations do not line up. Ceap Sourcing brings these parts of the requirement into a coordinated process. We begin with what the buyer needs to achieve, then clarify the products, quantities and commercial responsibilities that support it.
Our two operating divisions are Sourcing & Procurement and General Order Supply. The first supports the sourcing and evaluation process. The second supports agreed supply requirements across multiple product categories. The right engagement depends on whether you need help finding a source, assessing an offer or obtaining the goods themselves.
