How Ceap Sourcing handles information submitted through this website and how to contact us about a privacy enquiry.
Information You Choose To Provide.
When you send a contact enquiry, quotation request or supplier introduction, we collect the fields you submit. These may include your name, business contact details, company information, product requirements, destination, commercial context and an optional attachment. Required fields are identified on the form.
Please submit only information relevant to the enquiry. Do not send passwords, banking credentials or sensitive personal information through a public form.
How The Information Is Used.
We use the information to record and review your enquiry, contact you, clarify requirements and coordinate the requested business discussion. Enquiry information may be shared with suitable suppliers or service providers where needed to evaluate or fulfil the requested scope. Share only details you are authorised to provide.
The website records enquiries in a private WordPress inbox available to authorised administrators. It attempts an internal notification and an email acknowledgement. The operator may configure a connected enquiry-management service to receive submitted field information; attachment files are not included in that automated connection.
Storage, Security And Retention.
Enquiry attachments are stored with the private enquiry record and downloaded through an administrator-only route. Access controls and secure hosting help protect the information, but no online system can promise absolute security.
We retain enquiry and business records for the purpose of the enquiry, related transactions and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion. A request will be reviewed in the context of the relevant record and any ongoing business or recordkeeping requirement.
The form applies temporary rate limiting using a hashed network address. This temporary value is used to reduce abuse and expires after one hour. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational logs.
Browser Storage And External Services.
The requirement shortlist uses local browser storage to remember selected categories. It is not sent to Ceap Sourcing until it is included with a submitted requirement. You can remove categories or clear browser site data. The included website does not use advertising or analytics trackers.
External links, including WhatsApp and social platforms, open services governed by their own policies. Email, hosting or an enquiry-management provider may process information in locations where those services operate.
